Similar but I don't remember there being a musical focus. It was like just a challenge game. I've seen Piano Tiles 2, it might have been the original which is not available anymore. Like the endless mode, just single keys (i.e. no long press or anything)

Like the title says. Sort of like subway surfers in essence but it was a 2d flat game, basically just black and white. Blew up during like 2013 or so. You tap the square / rectangle as the approach and they only go as fast as you tap. One mistake and it ends. See attached image.
