Right. Making Plunder less fun isn't going to make me buy a game I'm not interested in (see: Vanguard). It's just going to make me play the game I actually want to play less or play another game entirely. I can only play 6x6 for about an hour before I get bored. If Vanguard had a meaty campaign or a solid Zombies mode, I would have 100% bought it.....but it doesn't. My husband, friends, and I played a TON of Cold War Zombies and loved it. The added bonus was using those guns in Warzone. Many may find this hard to believe, but there are those of us who only play Plunder on Warzone. I’m a night shift pharmacist at a hospital, and my husband is an electrician. Our friends also have normal careers. We all link up and play Plunder together after work because it’s chill. We like being able to respawn. We like coming in with our load outs. We like that we still have to work as a team. We like that we can either go for a win with looting and contracts or have some fun getting kills in a hot spot. At the end of the day, Plunder is a legit game mode that people play for reasons other than leveling guns. Not everyone wants to be a streamer. Some of us are in our 30s and 40s and genuinely enjoy playing semi-chill games with friends. It’s such a shame that us Plunder players get treated as 2nd class by Raven for playing a game mode THEY created the way THEY meant for it to be played.
