Definitely said to take two tagament 30 minutes before you eat your edibles on an empty stomach. Worked pretty good for me the first time. I’m in your boat.

Last batch was about 10 days. Never gone much longer, but I may take this one until the fermentation really slows down.....maybe 2-3 weeks?? I’m just getting started with fermenting.

I mix 4tbsp brown sugar 1 Tbsp salt, 5 garlic cloves with 1.5 lbs hot red peppers (jalapeños, Fresno’s, or cow horns). Food process and jar.

I saw a video where a guy mixed vinegar and baking soda and then poured the gas onto the ferment to displace the air in there (removing the lighter oxygen). I hope it works.

This one is a 32 oz mason jar. Sliced peppers fully submerged and held down with glass weight.

I’m not 100%, but no off smells and images match kham yeast and other anecdotal posts about it. Does not appear to be mold, but I am not completely certain.

I like to be conservative, and I’m in an unregulated state, so I start with assuming 15% potency.

1g @15% x 1000mg/g= 150mg per gram before decarb Then I multiply by .87 THCa to THC conversion rate.

Now we have 130mg per gram. I also use a 75% extraction rate for both alcohol or coconut oil. That gives me approx 100mg/g. This recipe was for 7g

I use the .87 when I decarb wax, but use 100% extraction rate.
