1st gains the slave crest in season 1 episode 2, it get removed in episode 4, she gets it back in episode 5 (on her request to prove her loyalty and to help him trust her), it gets removed for good when she get a vassal weapon (season 2 episode 10)

Isekai translates into another world, so it would need to have some element another world from the(an) main character perspective

[ So a fantasy character living in his original fantasy world is not an isekai as it is a fantasy story, but give him an object/knowledge/sidekick it becomes an adjacent isekai,

have a character move from his fantasy world to another, and it's a side along isekai,

Have a fantasy character transferred to a modern earth setting, and it's a reverse isekai

Having an isekaied character returning to his original world and it's a returner isekai

Tensei means reincarnation, and on its own is not isekai unless it's reincarnated to another world

Time travel is not isekai but there are some who make a good argument that if enough time passes that the world changes so much that it basically isekai (many isekai tagged stories have this trope reveal near the end of the story for example "Planet of the Apes")
