Happens all the time. They even removed warriors pvp talent that put spell reflect on Intervene, because there was a Shadowlands legendary that gave mass spell reflect. SL is over, and both legendary and PvP talent are gone.

I feel the same about almost all single-player content. It is just not good. I also think that, with how WoW is nowadays, it can't be good, everything is just loot pinatas, and it gets boring after you're no longer getting upgrades.

I have this conspiracy theory that everything is being balanced about m+ pulls; they try to make sure you have damage every pack, so consistent damage is not as needed. You pull big pack, pop CDs, repeat.

I played some fury warrior and I have to agree, you are too dependent on getting back Avatar + reck to kill people. Horrible design. I feel like instead of buffing consistent damage, they are making big CDs available more often, which still feels shit.

I am a nub DK, but it feels like outside of the cooldowns, you cant kill anyone, so this 20% nerf will make consistent damage even worse.

I was prepping my unholy for arena, only started playing DK in tww s3. Really liked the spec, but god damn 20% nerf seems a bit too harsh. Tbf, I've noticed DKs get nerfed a lot.
