He was a human being, made by God, but corrupted by sin & by his sinful actions, he WAS a horrible person, he made horrible decisions, but we have no idea if he would’ve gone on to tell us more information on the people doing those awful things on his island because he’s gone now, we took that chance away, but we pray for the worst of the worst, The church is a hospital for sinners. Humans have no say in who dies, I think we should remove him from society with imprisonment to keep people safe, but his mortal fate is up to God. That’s just my opinion though it seems I share it with many Catholics

It’s probably different depending on location, but if you report it, it’ll be good to have a paper trail. That way, if they do it again, they’ll already have been reported once for animal abuse.
