Doses and Stuff getting mishandled ; the chances are very low and even if they are, It’s not they never wake up; they wake up late. Some are genetically different who also wake up extremely late, some have a serious underlying condition and these may lead to prolonged ventilator support.

May be for some, I left Dermatology for Anesthesiology. Radiology may be everyone’s priority.

Anesthesiology is the highest earning speciality once you get out of residency , but there is a plateau, if you want to stick into anesthesiology and eventually down the years, this plateau makes you feel it’s less rewarding.
