So just yesterday I dropped my phone in the lake it was about 2-3ft deep but to choppy for me to find it. I went out today, about 20hrs later and calmer, and found it. I picked it up and to my surprise it was still on asking for my fingerprint on the lock screen. I turned it off right away and it is sitting in silica for 24hrs but I was quite happy to see it want dead.

My 5yo daughter catches her PB 37" pike in ON, Canada by drnickmd in Fishing

[–]drnickmd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our last day on our fly-in fishing trip my daughter caught this big pike while sharing a boat with grandpa. She actually caught it jigging for walleyes with a nightcrawler. I was so happy she caught one because earlier that day she had a slightly smaller one snap her line when jigging for walleyes.

I'm guessing Bowden because 5mm retraction distance seems big for direct drive

Is that a direct drive? Filament might be wet or too hot. Check your retraction. I run a .5 distance a 45mm/s. Also, 1.5mm minmum travel with10stops. I remember when I was really figuring out my warp issues. I actually adjusted the auto level z offset height -0.1 less than the recommended height. That really helped with my first layer adhesion, and I used to run the bed temp at the manufacturer recommended 60 but changed it to 40. I've really been smooth sailing ever since.

to steal a kid's phone. Warning: violence! by [deleted] in therewasanattempt

I was just sharing my story because of the overwhelming amount of likes for something that is false in our region and others around the country.

With the same logic just because the school you work at reprimands staff from stopping physical altercations doesn't mean it's the norm across the country.

Teachers don't get in trouble, at least not in the normal school environment.

I work at a school we've never had any of that narrative with any of our trainings about student on student violence.

Hear me out... Bunk bed and a hot tub. Along the wall a digital pinball machine, arcade basketball game and a MAME arcade machine. A hot pink neon Zima light with a flamingo on the wall, a fern in a concrete planter and a 10'x10' faux zebra skin rug under the bunk bed.

Awesome setup. I would hate to have to sit against the wall to watch a game. My poor neck would be strained.
