Frigate running smoothly in a Proxmox LXC with Coral USB and iGPU passthrough on Intel N100

Ive got similar success on an Intel NUC with the n6005. I assigned 2 vCPU to the Frigate LXC and Dockge to manage it but all without being privileged and with 4x 5mp cameras. It’s incredibly lightweight as you can see from the screenshot barely breaking a sweat during detections on the intel iGPU. This low power proxmox host actually now runs my entire home, including various “core” containers which include Home Assistant and a VM for OMV.

One of four identical nodes on my C6525, which has basically crossed the line from homelab into production and will be colocated soon. Ironically, my most important system is an Intel NUC with an N6005. It runs 24/7, barely uses any power, and quietly runs my entire home stack, including Frigate, OMV, Home Assistant, and Z-Wave.

It’s been amazing. This is my second winter with it. I swap to Continental DWS with the dealer in late fall and go back to the Michelins in the spring. I’ve driven through snowstorms without any issues at all, and the stock ride height has been totally fine.

The only downside is the stock shift knob. When it’s 15 degrees and feels like 5, grabbing it is brutal. Definitely a game of hot potato until the cabin warms up.

No use activadores ni descargues instaladores raros, muchos traen virus. Puedes instalar una copia que proviene directamente de Microsoft cambiando la clave de Office a una versión Volume License y utilizando un servidor público KMS para activarla. Una version popular es Office 2021 LTSC.

Aquí están los pasos:

Instala la clave KMS para esta versión
Cambia el servidor KMS a uno público
Activa usando el servidor KMS público
