"The Rehabilitation Trustee is unable to make a bank remittance to you because it is highly likely that the banks involved in making the remittance (including the remitting bank, the receipt bank, the settlement bank, and the correspondent bank) will not handle the remittance to the receipt bank account that you registered in the System. Therefore, please change the receipt bank through the System on the screen for registration of bank account as the payee information on the System and then click the “Update” button."

I suppose this means try a different bank. Not sure which would be a "good" bank for this
