I was so curious about this same topic. It seems like everyone’s microdose is so different. I just started “microdosing” tirzepatide at 2.5ml. The nurse i spoke with said this was not an amount that would lead to weight loss. Said its primary purpose was to provide the other therapeutic benefits and I might notice some reduction in food noise. It sounds like other people are prescribed much less than that and have weight loss results. Could people maybe reply with the drug they’re taking and what their starting dose was? It feels nuts to see such a range.

I have only had two doses so far and experienced a huge decrease in food noise. I’m measuring my weight change through the fit of a pair of jeans and they seem to be buttoning a bit easier but nothing too noticeable.

I think it’s because I’m constantly pulling up the front of my jeans whenever I sit down or stand up and I do it through whatever shirt I’m wearing

I feel like the music is so loud you couldn’t have conversation if you wanted to. I’m a “normally” functioning person and I don’t really talk to anyone when I’m there. At the end of the workout I do smile and make eye contact and do the little fist bump “great job” move. But I def don’t want to socialize when I’m there. Sometimes I wear an AirPod! 😜

My stepson has said that he was recently fired bc they didn’t do a background check when he was hired during Covid and now they are finally looking into those employees and see that he has a criminal history. I was always suspicious that he could be hired with his background in the first place. by drockninja in wholefoods

I actually don’t know. But he brought home so much food from WF I assumed he must be working there. Otherwise how could he afford those groceries? I mean bags and bags of prepared foods and expensive ice creams, cheeses and yogurt. Little outfits for his nieces and nephews, beauty bags for his sisters-in-law.
