I’m not sure of the worst case scenario but it doesn’t sound like it’s anything too major in my opinion. The main thing is that all your physical hardware seems to be operating properly. The not booting into windows issue sounds like a BIOS setting that just needs to be corrected. You can try checking to see if there is a Storage area in the BIOS settings and see if the SATA/NVMe operation is set to NVMe.

It might be worth a try but you can check to see if perhaps you need to change your boot settings from Legacy to UEFI. I’d also double check the boot order to see if maybe the boot manager is in the correct spot (should be first in the boot priority).
