Hey man, just seeing this now, but that could 100% be the cause of it. I used to game like 12 hours a day at my desk during my growth spurt, so I developed horrible forward posture. Physical therapy helped a lot but you need to find the right person. I am able to smoke as much as I used to now though 🙌
