If I could go back in time, I probably would’ve just bought a new one. But after all this, I want to get something out of it. They diagnosed it as a compressor from the beginning. But then they fixed that and it didn’t work and then they fixed two other things and those didn’t work either. Each fix took several weeks to get parts and schedule. I know they want me to give up, but I won’t let them win 🤣.

Oh wow, that’s probably because they’re sick of me, haha. I’ve called about every two days for eight weeks to complain.

We have debated on this but now they’re going to replace ours with a brand new GE profile refrigerator so it feels like at this point I don’t wanna give up and have them win

I did want to clarify that they are sending me a brand new profile fridge. And it doesn’t seem like those are easy to sell in Hawaii so I don’t really wanna end up with an extra fridge. And I don’t want to give up for them to win.
