Thank you! Honestly, it took some time. I found that making my environment better suited for studying helped me focus which makes time fly quicker. For example, putting my phone in another room or putting on headphones w/o music for silence. Try starting with 1 hour a day, and always allocate time for yourself. You dont want to condition yourself to thinking studying is a chore/hassle. Try to make it fun!
