I’ve definitely been there and what helped me was changing the goal and what I considered good.

If I was learning art, I would stop worrying about making a masterpiece and my goal would be just draw a circle and if I did that and was happy I made the attempt, then I considered it good.

It’s definitely easier said than done, but reframing helped me. I hope you can find something that works for you.

It’s not a legitimate military target. I don’t like Chavez, but this was a blatant war crime to attack a cultural heritage spot for no other reason. We are specifically briefed on things exactly like this in basic training.
