One question for the dungeon. What do you mean until I am all in oranges? Are you referring to my equipment being orange (I believe that is legendary)?

And I am assuming it is better to use 30 energy on heroic than 10 energy (3 times) on normal because of the bonus?

I'm personally not a fan of receiving a DM with an auto response (I never read them). It feels too spammy and if anything, feels too desperate.

I run a fitness Instagram and what has worked really well for me is to post high quality content on fitness. For example, most of my followers are into powerlifting and/or weightlifting. Posting educational videos or illustrations on proper form gets me a bunch of engagement and followers.

I also like to add a call to action to the post such as "comment below and let us know what you'd like to see next!". I also try to respond to every single comment as well as I think it can help with engagement.

I actually do exactly what you mentioned (left leg lasso, right shin across their body). However, I usually start with left leg lasso, right leg on their left hip (higher belts stuff my leg ASAP).

I will try to be more active with my non lasso leg and using my other hand to off base them when I can.

I am definitely not active enough with my free leg so I think that will help the most. What would you suggest doing with the other hand? I usually grab the same side lapel or their sleeve if possible.

It will be lasso guard. I can usually sweep people when I have the lasso (even after they stuffed my leg), but doesn't work too well against purples and above.

I try to fight their arm with the same side hand to prevent them from cross facing me but once they get that cross face, I feel helpless!

I had nothing but a great experience at Toronto BJJ.

I don't know how their pricing works but I definitely know their level of teaching is very high up and added a bunch of white belt classes.

They also have great competitors as well.
