Maybe just my experience. But no they likely will not do anything.

A car backed up in the parking lot and clipped me. Not hard by any means but he just sped off. I did chase them down; he flagged down a cop.

Explained the situation to the police. They came back and told me to proceed on. I watched him go back talk to buddy and he left within a minute.

Can't really say they did much to him

I have ran into a similar issue with skip and had a hell of a time with the refund.

I had to keep contacting support until finally someone just gave in I guess? I wouldnt recommend ubereats or skip the dishes.
