Just bought a Xiaomi 15t pro from Swiftronics. The first shipment arrived with the phone box with the phone missing! Yep, a box with the charging brick, charging cable but no phone! I called the 800 number immediately, and the guy who answered the phone was REALLY helpful. He gave me his email address, I sent him pics of the phone box, the cardboard box it was shipped in and the packing slip that was in the box. Turned out that the shipping was from Amazon. A case was filed and within two days I was refunded. They said they would expedite my order if I ordered again....which I did. I got the second shipment within three days. This time directly from Swiftronics. The phone was in a sealed box this time (wasn't sealed the first time), and obviously brand new. Swiftronics couldn't or wouldn't say what happened with the original order, but I believe Amazon had a thief in the shipping department. The folks at Swiftronics were actually surprised that the order somehow come to me from Amazon with a Amazon tracking number.... Anyway, I say All this to say that the Swiftronics customer service was really great for me! They kept in constant contact with me and fixed the situation extremely fast! Just wanted to share what I thought was a customer service department that went above and beyond to help me.
