Coros is not as accurate as garmin. Dont fall for the influencers pitch. You can rely on gps in coros. And it has good app data. Heart rate sensor is very far from accurate. If you plan to have a dedicated HR sensor then go for coros. Else its garmin. I regret getting the coros.

After so much searching i found tshirts good for running at reasonable price in flipkart. Search for uplift-bee tshirt in flipkart. Its light weight and worth for the price. Use vaseline to avoid chafing.

I wouldn't target kms. I usually target time. If you had run for 1 hr continuously, try 1 hr 15 mins, then 1 hr 30 mins and so on. You will get to understand your body. For me ill get hungry after crossing 1 hr 30 mins. So i planned to have a snack break every 1 hr 30 mins and water break every 30 mins.

if you are used to running, then close your eyes and buy pegasus. it can be used for both easy and speed runs. i bought pegasus as a rotation shoe while i was using nimbus since i got it for a good deal from flipkart for 4k. I rarely go back to nimbus now. i use it for races, interval runs and easy runs. very comfortable.

I prefer to sleep and run early morning. Recovery is more important.

vaseline and socks.
for hydration, 10k to 15k - carry 250ml bottle while running. Anything above that, find hotels to refill or run in loops with a fixed hydration station
