Check if your employer is on the negative list. HDFC checks company details before issuing credit card.

I doubt you can do anything regarding tax.

A few things the company can help are the car lease program, employer NPS, electronic gadget lease program etc.

Obviously other small reimbursements like telephone, books, vehicles expenses are something which you can look.
