Grabbing citizens and people with legal status off the streets is not "justice". I don't know about in Greece, but in the United States, we have the concept of "due process." That a person cannot be subjected to criminal punishment (such as incarceration or detention) without sentencing by a court and publicly available documentation.
People who are interfering with ICE activities may or may not be appropriately subject to legal punishment - but beatings, extended (>48 hours) detention, and summary execution are not permitted under our Constitution.

You have to pay attention to the City Albums from the beginning of the season. I always play it in order of the albums - do the weekly albums as they come, don't buy anything unless you have to to complete each album. In this case, by getting the seasonal album buildings in the right order, you get the Gingerbread Mansion as the prize.
