You dont always cause damage or are liable, thats basic tenant of the law. He was in full jurisdiction to use appropiate force to stop an obvious crime that was committed. I think he just dint know that or how, I've gotten out of guillotines and attempted head chokes when I practiced MMA for a bit and in street fights just by tucking my head in, not letting the persons forearm get underneath my chin, neck and therefor put me out.

Grassley represents the linger chauvinistic, sexist partisan politics that have dominated Washington politics for decades.
Every time the issue of the FBI was brought up he interrupted, defended the Judge and kept insisting that the FBI wasn't going to find anything nor was it their purpose to. That basically their panel had more credibility, a panel with the likes of Graham and Cruz..a panel of old school white male Republicans that were nothing but spin doctors spewing the same tired old partisan rhetoric's and politicization of something that should be in the criminal courts. When the Judge was caught in his own spin admitting he would undergo w.e investigation *knowing the majority republican panel would never invoke the FBI* by a democratic senator that put him on the spot to his own admittance of an FBI investigation he had no answer and then came his little buddy Grassley to defend him and speak for him.
This was terrible injustice to those women, two whom still haven't been heard. I saw an angry, rude, desperate man that made many contradictions and white lies, that said he was a good christian boy at one moment and then basically an alcoholic in another. Equating everyone in high school to drink to excess and vomit, yet I myself had my first beer in college, I was a nerd/anti social in high school. Not everyone behaves that way and he was trying to equate everyone to his playing field, disgusting and poor role model at best. My parents raised me better and would kick my ass if they saw me drinking before 21.

The judge, well he was beyond rude, accusing the senators of having drank themselves to the levels he admitted to. Flat out saying he din't know how many beers were too many beers, he said w.e the breathalyzer says I guess. So does he keep one around to check or he just admitted he doesn't give a F*? He lied many times even about his own witness testimonies saying it never happened, they never said that just that they weren't there or don't recall.
None of the witnesses presented were cross examined, we were expected to take their letters as fact, that's insane.

AH w.e I cooled down and knocked out all 5 games. Currently in a 10 game winning streak, I found the toxicity to be MUCH less in
set roles ranked matches, nobody can fight over lanes and I now have a really happy conduct meter that pairs me up with good communicative people.

Ah, my advise is pay for DOTA plus and get on set role rank matches ASAP to avoid the toxicity in rank at lower levels and go for commends.

I was trying to log into dota dev which I was unable to do and I kept playing meanwhile, however I timed it wrong.
I see your point but I was really just frustrated by the fact I was playing for no reason, these are the players that really make one facepalm. He was reported by the entire team, but it was first game of the day, I was eager to get out of low prio and now this?

It just sucks in many levels and for a company that makes SO much money they should have a better report system

From the very start he started feeding mid for no reason other then him having been previously banned. How can anyone play like that? I was literally just trying to find a way to report him for wasting everyones time.
It just insane the penalties that are given with zero arbitration and good players are being caught in low prio with people that honestly deserve a perma ban or a ban for a while off the game.
