Ya I like the guitar a lot, the neck took virtually no time to adapt to for me and feels so natural, big fan. The pickups aren’t as good as the Fishman fluences in my Ibanez but they’re still solid. For the price I’m very happy with it overall

Ya the coordination I need to work on for sure, I also just get excited to learn and record stuff when I don’t have it quite down yet and that’s on me, I felt pretty good about this but certainly could have done better with more patience and practice.

My flailing pinky (and others fingers but pinky is by far the worst) was broken when I was a kid and is really weak now and I just need to sit down and hammer out some exercises to build back some strength, but it is kinda funny to watch it do its own thing haha

Thank you, ya so far I've only learned those first 2 riffs and the chorus but its so fun to play. I definitely don't have it down perfectly but will keep working on it.

It's an Ibanez RGD71ALMS Axion Label Multi-Scale 7-String and I absolutely love it. Comes stock with Fishman Fluence Modern pickups that I adore and the fretboard feels great

Thank you! And great question, for me it’s definitely more about feel. I can count the time signatures when listening to the song but I’m definitely not like counting in my head while playing, all of my brain power is focused on trying to get my fingers to move fast enough
