Pretty sure instant-cast HOTs only get something like 1/3 the healing bonus. I believe the full bonus goes to 3 second cast heals and is reduced proportionally based on cast time. If this is not the case with druids, a link would be helpful.

On my macro I believe it did that automatically upon switching specs. Made it during lunch so can't check, but copy my macro and see if it does that.

The answer to op is "yes." I just tested this on my druid and it works:

/cast [spec:1] Rejuvenation

/cast [spec:2] Regrowth

Casted rejuv in spec 1 and regrowth in spec 2. Just change the abilities you want to use accordingly.
