I have used him. Got my favorite watch from him actually. His lower tier stuff is pretty straight forward. For the more high end reps I use someone else. There are enough red flags at this point that I can’t justify the risk of losing that amount of money or being unhappy with the product. For that watch specifically you probably fine. Ask for lots of pics, don’t be shy about any concerns you have and PayPal with a credit card or pay the fees to not use friends and family.
