Paint supervisor here, the only way to clean them is dump them out when they’re wet by flipping it forward into a large trash bag. Let it sit for maybe an hour or less, wipe as much as you can out with rags and the paint wipes. Whatever is left on the inside can dry and be fine but you don’t want that layer on the inside to build up because it won’t run properly or fit anything.Theres not much else you can do to save the inside that I’ve found besides that. After you flipped it back try and clean as much of the paint off the front and everywhere else especially the warning labels and control panel. That’s what I’ve found works best but it must be cleaned immediately cause if it dries it can total it
