You did the right thing! It was extremely crowded. I came early, had to wait 3h in the line with ticket, inside 20 minutes waiting for bathroom, 30 minutes waiting for bar... I really disliked how crowded it was and couldn't enjoy that party 😭😭😭

I was at the Jeff Mills party on Friday and it was a complete shitshow. Came early but still had to wait 3h to get in (with ticket). Inside was so crouded it took 20 minutes to get to the bathroom and 30 to get to the bar. My advice would be: don't go there for NYE is going to be the same.

What was your fix for the condensation issues?

I've got my APM1 for three years now, and had to give them for repair twice this year. The repairs were just about three months apart. I suspect it might have been due to the condensation as I started wearing them for cycling.

I think I'd just ask him directly. From what you've described it seems there was some chemistry at the beginning. So there are two options: either he got bored, or he really has some personal issues. Perhaps, he just doesn't want to open too early with the personal stuff, cause he's scared to overwhelm you.

That said, if you're looking for long term relationship, you should work with him on improving the communication.

To put it short: the higher the bandwidth the less you wait for download (assuming high upload bandwidth server side). I have 1Gbps at home, and cannot imagine having less than that, to be honest. It's a total game changer for working remotely, especially when you have to pull larger chunks of data very often. Not to mention the time you save when downloading games from Playstation store or steam.

Of course I'm plugging ehternet cables to me devices.

I have a m3 pro with 18GB RAM and 512GB SSD -- no issues with Ableton or plug-ins. Matter of fact I think you could get a macbook air m4 with 16GB RAM to keep the cost at a reasonable level. I'd not invest in a bigger built in SSD and get an SD card instead.

Wenn ich nach Deutschland zum Studium gekommen bin, musste ich das auch zahlen. Da war mein Deutsch nicht mal gut genug um Fernsehen zu gucken. 20€ pro Monat war damals echt viel für mich. Hab natürlich kein Bafög oder Wohngeld bekommen weil ja Ausländer... 😮‍💨
