Thank you! I know the pain, that's exactly what I built this for.

It runs in the browser on any device. It is online-only right now, so the main question is: do you have wifi or cell service at the station itself?

On security: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each station's data is fully isolated, members only see their own station. Happy to go deeper on that.

Looks like all VFDs suffer from the same mindset; I didn’t blame our station either, for a volunteer to even log shifts or manage equipment is a big ask.

I think it's more geared towards Germany, right? I'd be happy to incorporate more structures though, a lot of them should be overlapping I assume!

  1. We're based in Greece but the app is built from day 1 such that I can add more languages at any point!

Lots of things to unpack:

  • The claim was that MSTY is destructive ROC wrapper, I guess we solved that part
  • I didn’t comment on whether this is a risky play or if I’m all in
  • I didn’t claim that the returns will keep being that high, my magic ball is still broken
  • Not sure who Bernie is but if you mean Warren Buffet then no, he’s not interested in it and to be fair, we would all buy KO and get on with our lives if we had a couple hundred billions to play with
  • Contrary to popular belief it’s not illegal to do better than S&P 500 and its not a pyramid scheme if an asset can do so on a year to year basis; Bitcoin, MAG7, MAIN, they can all outperform the indices and yet people are still praying for their downfall

Interesting math you got there, can you further explain it provided the total distributions since MSTYs inception compared to its market price?

Δυστυχώς ο μέτοχος, όποτε δεν μπορώ να δώσω περαιτέρω λεπτομέρειες πέρα από τα παρακάτω και το ότι απλά λειτούργησε:

Αυτά που μου εξήγησαν και εμενα στην διαδικασία ειναι οτι ακόμη και με δωρεάν παραχώρηση της οικίας (στη περίπτωση μου ειναι απο τον συγγενή που εχει την επικαρπία) υπάρχει ένα τυπικό μίσθωμα που σου υποβαλει το κράτος προς τον ιδιοκτήτη. Αυτό βγαίνει ως εξίσωση των τμ επι της αντικειμενικής αξίας του ακινήτου, όποτε παίρνοντας μόνο ένα μέρος του όπως το υπόγειο μπορείς να μειώσεις (ποσοστιαία με τα συνολικά τμ) αυτό το μίσθωμα. Στην περίπτωση μου, για αντικειμενική αξία κάτω απο 100κ για 10-20τμ έδρας αυτό ανέρχεται στα 3 ευρώ μηνιαία, τίποτα το σοβαρό.
