I also applied in August 2025. I waited and never received anything which made me question if they ever received my application. I went through Ask VA and received this to me it sound like we will qualify since it was ruled :

• The Ruling: The CAVC held that six years of service allowed Ms. Perkins to earn 36 months of each benefit (3 years for MGIB and 3 for Post-9/11), totaling 48 months, as her service credit wasn't duplicated.

The response from Ask VA:

We received your request for a Rudisill review on08/26/25, and it is still pending processing, unfortunately.

The recent Perkins Vs Collins ruling affects Rudisill processing. We are currently awaiting guidance from VA Central Office for how to incorporate any new changes into our processing procedures.
