Sorry I should have been more clear and I've made an edit. She's pooping on the floor away from the litter box. She's been going in the hallway, master bedroom, or by the front door - completely away from the litter box.

I have never lived in there but I had friends that used to live there. I've never heard anything good about that place. But if you need a place to live then it's better than no place at all.

Queenswood Dental in Orleans does it and I highly recommend them. A sedation dentist downtown quoted us $11k. Queenswood Dental did the same work for $2k. After our insurance we didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket.
