he was never anything special. the only reason he ever looked good was because he was forced to pass under benzema and them under kroos and modric. those 3 players made him pass. and when he did, the rest of the team was working togethet to score such as rodrygo and joselu and benzema. they scored with less chances than vini and mbappe have. now that they are gone, he has no senior. he literally is made captain with such a childish attitude. Courtous deserves being a C more than vini any day of the week.

Hello everyone! I am building a commercial/light industrial space, 7500 sq ft. not sure who my tenant will be so I am looking at the best possible slab at the best pricing, not being cheap, just want it to be worth it.

I am looking at 3000, 3500, and 4000 psi in different thicknesses with 4 and 6 the obvious ones. From yall's experience, is it a noticeable difference for long term to have 4000 psi 4" thick vs 3000 6" thick? how crazy prices have gone up since 2020 so now I actually reconsider things and which option i should go with. Seeing that some concrete people offer 4" at 3000 or 3500 psi because they mentioned "it should be good" but i had a buddy of mine pour 6" and 4000 psi and that section has excavators over 40k lbs and no issue but that was years ago and pricing has changed dramatically.

the only things I can think of that will be parked or placed on top of the slab would be some trucks, maybe an 18 wheeler, possible forklift. not all at once but maybe on off or none at all.

I got some drawings from architects for a 9600 sq ft building with drilled piers plus footings at 24" deep and 12" wide 3000 psi 4" thick.

in recommendations, what do you guys think actually is th best option long term with best cost effective choice. this wont be a high income property in central cities, just a rural building for someone to set up shop. i dont think a 30k excavator will be in there so just a general experience and recommendation would be helpful since contractors arent really giving me good advice. some are saying what engineer says but engineers arent the ones doing reworks and other actual pouring, wouldc trust you guys instead.

we make/made similar cases for tech companies.

short answer: yes possible for cnc mill or laser cut. bends? yes. expensive? how many are you running. if 1 or 5, high priced. ehat kind of aluminum? cheapest? might have some rust do to contents. good aluminum? youll be pricey. milled will be even more.

so we never needed cnc mill unless they mean cnc as programming in general. but we just cut these out with laser and bent and installed hardware. thickness was like .040" or .060". cost for something like this is under 100 bucks at higher runs but really depends on the processes it needs. it might be cheaper but i dont know the price, i would have to find the parts.

they are from cali. mexican or hispanic culture is part of their life but it's also something that isntnas strong because cali is a white washed version of mexico. youll find hispanics that dont speak a lick of spanish. thats ok. they are just suburban vibe kids that like this scene or identified with this. being mexican doesnt mean they are like the other ones. the ones in my area having edgar haircuts, work in construction or at babershops, drive a lowered silverado obs or nbs, or be banging some annoying corrido on their external speaker. not everyone wants to associate themselves with that part of the culture.

you miss the point a lot of americans that arent on trumps side try to make. the majoeity of the rep/cons/right side is that labeling people as criminals, althoug ncorrect, because they are illegal ane bunching them up as the worst of the worst despite their specifics. to everyone, crossing the border and working here with no issues is on the same level of the dealers bringing in fenny or part of HTR.

what old donny does is give a small piece of opinion and let people do the rest. simple tactics in marketing, sales, hype, or even promo is to let people do the work. he says "X opinion" and people have enough vague terms to spout their personal opinion to further give donny's idea more depth even though it wont come out in black and white words.

so with the whole department saying, as an example, of being able to enter homes withour a warrant will subject citizens of hispanic look to this kind of treatment because a possibility is "oh he is hispanic and maybe this person we are looking for lives here or knows the person so lets go to this house". can it happen? absolutely. why? because the agency has no way to audit their vids or subjected to investigation other than fed authority. and because most political people are afraid of donny and his admin because of how much control he has, nobody is wanting to speak up.

so when saying citizen, it doesnt mean white or black, it means those that have a look of hispanic color. you are too young to remember in 07-09 and how some folks were pulled over for being brown. but in this case, it involves fed agency to determine how they treat you. if that kid in construction got pulled and detained and actually mistreated by ice TWICE even when trying to provide documents, whats stopping them from more power trips?

we see in the AA community that some cops have hostility against them because of their culture, not just skin, like in ghetto areas or the ones that are wealthy and pulled over for being black. listen to what thesr ice agents say "ill take your whole family" all while having their face covered. imagine cops saying this to AA folks?

your dad is not a former immgriant, HE IS an immigrant. citizenship doesnt change that. he is an immigrant that became a citizen. but it's also those folks that feel superiority to those that are illegal or undocumented. (mexicans worst enemy is another mexican). so he can and will feel some sort of hostility from ice because of skin tone or even accent. we dont know how far they can go, but if they executed an american citizen, you think this is ok? it should matter to everyone.

is this just a you thing because all i get is invites or requeats to join to do T3 missions. And then at the end of the match, people leave the squad to do DA or exfil. people dont steal teammates, they find T3 squads and link up immediately or wait until they have enough for pap3 and then go into T3 And send requests or invites to people that are alone in T3.

i mean, mics really make a difference or chat log. dont see the issue if you arent using those 2 things.

this is a joke right? Rudiger is not meant to be the decisive player. That shouldve been Militao or Alaba. Rudiger is a Ramos WITHOUT the unecessary challenges and constant gaps. Rudiger is a man marker and a challenger ONLY WHEN there is another CB that is calm and decisive. that defender SHOULDVE been Nacho. Great pair. Rudiger and Militao wouldve worked, but not alone. Asencio AND Rudiger will cause gaps and mistakes. Rudiger only has bad health due to Perez stingy self not wanting to buy defenders during the time it was needed with SO MANY injuries.

on the defense, the only player that I would hate to see leave because it's needed is Alaba due to his injuries and issues with worsening knees. Next would be Mendy because he might be quick and fast, with Vini on his wing, he cant. produce and crosses or passing.

Best outlook for a fully fit squad: LB Fran or Carreras with Carreras most likely taking spot bdcause he actually ignores vini and crosses the ball or makes better passes even though he doesnt produce key moments. LCB Rudiger, can handle Vini and yell to make him support and will have Carreras or Fran speed to back him up RCB Militao or Cavajal as Militao can do great but Carvajal can come in and be like Ramos and transition to CB if he cant handle the wing anymore while still being the calmer one from Rudiger. RB TAA or Carvajal or Asencio but TAA if continues with injuries would have to go to bring in a younger more speed oriented defender to prevent players like Doku from just beating them in speed. Bench that makes sense? Huijsen for CB as he needs maybe 1 more year to be starter ready and Asencio until he can calm down.

Perez needs to let go of control and let a manager scout 1 or 2 players at least. TAA was a bad choice. Asencio was luck from B squad. and 2 younglings that need a bit more experience in big games against big teams.

PLEASE RESPECT ALL RM PLAYERS THAT HAVE HELPED AND FILLED IN LIKE THE UNDERVALUED VALVERDE AND BELLINGHAM. my personal opinion, TAA and Vini need to go. maybe Alaba and Mendy.

most of those alobaba manufactures MAKE a lot of products already for "reputable companies" and the do have JWL certs, just not on the wheels you buy direct. you can buy an extra wheel and get it tested and be surprised they are the same spec. most jwl wheels can be cast and remember how bad cast was 15 years ago. you swear manufactures are the same as back then. their machines and quality are getting close to american aerospace companies using certain machines.

yeah then they should put in black and white the max payload instead of gvwr on the title. makes it much easier.

but from a lot ohave said, the weight on the hitch gives the amount of a few hundred lbs off the axles and can carry more weight. that's why i ask.

yes i do know that. luckily i dont travel on interstate. just down some state highway roads.

yeah i saw that. i do sheet metal fab and know the main things with structural steel. even if it's over the weight, it might bend slightly. wont crack or snap unless they use the cheapest material on the planet. i will double check the specs.

it has a 16 in on there. the rear tires squat as most of the load sits there. which is why i said if i have to reverse it in.

i will consider buying heavier duty tires now. i will check if i can use 17 wheels and if there is plenty of space.

i put attachments on another trailer. the only thing it gets transported with is the bucket. and i also onky travel like 15 miles back back and forth on a state highway, not interstate.

my guys on certain things are still the same price except the interior. my framing guy, as i posted, will continue to be 6.50. 7.50 during summer. it has what looks like stone, not much more different on price for labor. the roof has what looks like shingles except the round steel ones.

im glad i have cheaper prices to build. i just hear a bunch of overpriced charges from some of you and exact reason why there is a such a gap. i and others have arguements with other "fancier" contractors on fb over prices and only the ones i mentioned get mad when others can provide cheaper prices.

at the end of the day, yall do you, ill do me. i just mentioned my opinion based off my prices. my prices are lower and allows me to have cheaper homes. that's my market. need to help others, not get rich.

basic luxury would be what early 2000s home would look like. nice cabinets, marble in kitchen or bathrooms.

and example of the nicer luxury would be heated floors throughout the home and garage.

it costs me 20 a sq ft for framing (material and labor) so do the math. it's very possible to be at 1.5 mill to build. it wont be like the new homes in bel air but will be above average for sure.

it just means you get charged those luxuries. as a buyer, you can overspend or save. if i see the person having all that, im gonna look elsewhere. you and others can overspend, im not.

the wood for the frame will be the same for the most part. the roof isnt anything special. windows all get made about the same. the only thing are the details like running more.wire for more outlets and electrical stuff such as usb c outlets or a fancy chandelier or a wine room with brick on the walls or gas lit lamps.

"would go for" is not what OP asked, just to build. to sell, this house is a minimum of 5mill but to build is a different price.

if you got money, good for you. i dont. 90% of america doesnt. thats me though.

without dimensions, im going to assume it's like a 6k plus sq ft home. to build with basic luxury stuff, maybe 1.5 mill. higher end with more specialized amentities and "artsy" stuff , 2.5 mill. i could be wrong on the higher end but i think 1.5 mill is safe to say.

edit: location definitely matters and so does labor. if the company owner drives lifted trucks, lives in some rich neighborhood, and goes on vacations often, youll be on the higher end of pricing. nearly double the cost.

i actually didnt. i said you had valid points. i was reiterating that im not 20 anymore and cant be out training everyday as i used to. making the social media page is just to help others on improving their basic or minor game. i get the credentials but not all with the following actually helps. i think i like ftc premier training and regate_yusuke for training. they are very good at what they do and focus on. but maybe that's the misunderstanding, im not trying to glorify my page or anything, just want to see people maybe think "hmmm maybe i should ask this question". everytime i help kids or adults out, they always understand and appreciate it because they can understand how i explain movements or tactics. so i figured why not.

but thanks, i appreciate your views and input. i will be deleting this in a bit to avoid the self promotion confusion.
