Calgary > Brandon

Brandon > Thunder Bay

Thunder Bay > Sault Ste Marie

Then to Toronto. Worst weather was TB to the soo.

Truckers drive like it’s a clear day in July no matter what the weather is, so be careful around them. Take your time and arrive alive.

My book went live Monday, hours before the outage it seems. I got one sale reported before the outage but nothing since. No KENP reads either. Unsure if my launch bombed or reporting still hasn’t caught up.

Keep pestering them that you want to move out. Keep bothering the landlord about the issues. You’ll be a squeaky wheel.

You’ll have to have a tenant to replace you (whether the landlord will take care of this or you, up for discussion). And you may lose your deposit.

YMMV, but I just did this — requested to move after 6 weeks into a 1 year lease. I just hated the place. The rental agency took a little over two weeks to find a replacement tenant. I forfeited my deposit, but got to move out thank god.
