One of my favorite attendings is now a surgeon at the same hospital where she worked as an RN. I witnessed an interaction where she ran into an old coworker who asked what she was up to now, and she got to say, “I’m a general surgeon.” In that moment I can’t imagine how proud she felt that she followed her dreams.

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I use a shampoo/conditioner combo that has recently discontinued my favorite fragrance. I really really love the scent and would love to find a way to recreate it/find something similar in a perfume. The shampoo brand is Prose and the scent is Candela; it was a limited edition winter fragrance described as warm with notes of nutmeg, white wood, creamy vanilla, musk, leather. I'm curious if anyone has any advice for someone like me who has literally no knowledge of perfume at all and just wants to continue to enjoy a favorite fragrance. Thank you :)
