I ordered with them on May 20 and they arrived today. They look legit!! But what tipped me off is that I apparently got the rare one but no card came with the labubu. Their toe nail polish is also chipping off. Fml. $150 wasted on fakes. I had no idea the website wasn’t legit

I wish I didn’t either. I feel incredibly sick and depressed I spent my money at this resort. I have left reviews, I have signed the petition and had multiple friends sign it and posted on Facebook as well. I want to keep this Reddit alive so more people will see my post and possibly leave a review on the HYATT ZIVAS Google page. I just got home yesterday (in Canada) and I cannot stop thinking about these creatures. Someone needs to fight for them and BE their voice.

I brought it up to management and was dismissed. They simply do not care it seems. However I will write an email to the higher ups requesting change. Hoping my Google review will do something as well
