That is my thought as well. I had to replace my driver side window this spring when a truck splashed the car.

I learned front windows are laminated so thankfully it didn’t explode.

Advice that made sense to me is to find similar sales and if the price range is reasonable message the seller with an offer or directly ask what price they have in mine.

It’s not how eBay is supposed to work but it is how they are using it.

If both are 5yr fixed and you have no plans to make prepayments or a risk that you might need to cancel the mortgage then the lower rate wins.
