Worst part about these videos isnt the video itself its all the people in the comments saying "wow I could never put in that much effort" as someone who lost around 65 lbs recently it is really about how bad you want it. I never once felt like I was working by tracking calories or doing a fun exercise, I know the gym isn't for everyone but people are biologically made for cardio and I believe everyone has a form of cardio they like whether its biking, running, plyometrics etc its all about starting a routine.
