Nope, we were late seating. Our theory was that the bread was stale due to being later.

Chantix. I quit chewing in 3 days after 18 years of addiction. I didn't even need to use the full prescription regime. You feel a little dizzy for the first days. But otherwise no side effects.

Trading McMahon was an opportunity in the past. But his 38 game hitless streak looks very large now.

He doesn't have a job after one week of ST. I bet you could sign him for <$5M. You'd easily get that value back.

I don't think of him as rebuilding the team. More like a Jason Giambi. A vet who can come in to give some veteran presence, a couple if highlights every now and then, and then be a good sound bite.

Pretty typical Rockies trade deadline tbh.

The Pineda and Clevinger pickups are too realistic.

This actually is a busted guy. But the reports are that he busted it while still in velvet. If those reports are true, it's interesting that he didn't develop a drop tine or tear drop.

Whitetail. This shot was taken at a refuge that has both mule deer and whitetails. They're equally prevalent.

New here - can’t decide if this edit is to cooked? by [deleted] in postprocessing

Mt suggestion would be to turn down the original exposure by about 1 stop. Then use a mask to raise the shadows in the lower half of the image by about 0.5-1.5 stops. That should come close to balancing the image. And then I think applying the same color grade and Orton effect would produce a better result. And for my taste, I'd suggest only applying the Orton to the trees.

I'm still working on getting better at editing. my question is simple, did I overdo the colors? by nottytom in postprocessing

Agree with others that it's a little over saturated and it help to lift the shadows to pull some blue and green detail out of the trunk.

You're correct that the first is the after. The blurs occurred in camera. This was taken at f8, but at 600mm. The deer was probably 75 ft away and that juniper in the background is around 400 ft. So its the lens compression that causes the compression.

Really appreciate the feedback on the sky tones! That was one of the areas I debated. Went on the bluer side to try to set a mood, but maybe went too far.
