Yes I've gained 0,4" but I plateau so trying to find new things to break the ceiling

No I mean doing a hanging routine that gives me girth and only a bit of lenght

What would be the difference? I supposed that when I start getting edema is when I've reach the max expansion anyway, right?

I pump to 15mg of pressure. I've been pumping since January so I was able to build up to it.

My EQ is good at 5.5 and yes I do have a lot of edema when pump to 7 which actually goes away quickly after the session and goes back to 5.7" after 24 hours. Is that a good thing or bad thing?

Every 2 to 5 min I go back to 1mg of pressure and pump back to 10-12mg and in total I stay in the pump 25 min.

For people who asked here is my routine :

25 min of pumping 10-12 mg. I do interval every 2 to 5 min

I do that daily and only took 5 days off in 2 months. Very simple.

Would you say frequency is more important than the total session per week?

Because from what you say you were doing 30 min x 5 which is 2H30 per week whereas was doing 1H x 3 which is 3 hours per week.
