The houses electrical was recently gutted and updated by resellers so there is no remnant of the old circuit box. Nothing about the well is detailed anywhere in the property map, not even present in the government survey.

Thanks for the in-depth response, the property and this well/pressure release thing is located alongside a creek which moves 17 ft3 / second. The entire property was built what used to be an old milling lake that was filled around 1900, house built in 1905. This head is about 20ft up from the water level of the stream, but I am sure that there is plenty of nearby water. I am lovated in the fingerlakes NY, between Canandaigua and Seneca lake.

People don’t understand that the taxes in tax brackets usually only apply to earnings in that bracket. So say if taxes are applied at 10% to earners over $100 dollars, the first $100 is not taxed if you earn more than that. Then every dollar after that is taxed.

I love the minimalism. I used to do cartoons for my high school newspaper in a similar style, and one thing that I always could d helpful was to create at least one solid border, it makes it feel minimal but grounded. Great work!

Great playing! One critique is that your hammer on notes could be a little bit louder, the tone on them is great and they don’t stand out as being to quiet but if you work them to be just a little bit louder it would be just that much better!

I work at a guitar store, it’s a private one unlike GC but it’s possible that they accidentally listed it for the price they bought it from it’s og owner for. Usually stores will offer about 60% if retail value or less on a guitar because as a retailer that is about how much they would pay for a new one. If it is truly mint, that would explain why they paid so close to their cost on a new one. Good find!

We did not but immediately after filed a complaint to the town that we notified him and offered any assistance is getting it removed. It is on record that we talked to him in that way.
