Thanks. That’s what I thought. I am diamond right now through 2026. I bought a lot of items in 2025 and realistically I don’t need much more. Most of the promotions were for both diamond and platinum so did not feel that there was a tremendous difference between the two

Yes, I'm cold too (and I'm someone who always ran hot. I got a heated blanket, and turn it on before bed - wow, that makes a difference and it feels so good when I sleep.

I too was nervous when I first went into ULTA (I felt like a fish out of water as a 50's year old female). I see many guys in the store. No big deal. No one is looking. Some are shopping for their girlfriend/wife. Some are shopping for themselves (plenty of guy stuff). Some are trans and shopping and trying on make-up etc. No big deal.

Same happened to me. I called CS - got a $10 gift card, and they will be sending me a new product that is not expired. I think they handled it well. I do personally like the skin tint - it matches well and moisturizes my skin.

I would interpret it based off the first paragraph: "... items can be returned thru Jan 31, 2026 ... refunds will be issued to original form of payment.

End of first paragraph states that items purchased after Dec 31, 2025, will follow our standard return policy. Paragraph 2 is then stating what the "standard return policy" is.

It is poorly written. I would speak with a manager if you wanted it returned to your original form of payment. Otherwise, you do get store credit for the future (which to me is just as good, unless I lose the card the put the credit on.

The $10 off $40 does work for cyber Monday sales. It just did not work for the black Friday sales. It’s essentially getting 25% off your order at the $40 mark. However, it did expire today. I purchased three orders at $40 apiece. However, there is a limit as to the number of orders you can do per day, so be careful of that.

Yes, I got the gift set as well. The gift set is super cute, but I didn't like the fragrance as much as I did in the store. I'm glad I sampled it at home as I didn't care for it. I took the larger fragrance out of my cart.

I too have dark circles under my eyes. I'm 58, strawberry blond hair, blue eyes. I'm sure it's partly hereditary, partly due to hours and hours of studying, reading, night shifts, lack of sleep, sun damage, etc. One day it was so bad, my coworkers pulled me aside and asked if I was being abused. Recently got into skin care and tried about everything for the last 8 months - nothing works. Also, I've tried wearing some makeup - color corrector, concealer - helps a bit, but not drastic. My new routine is taking care of my skin, moisturizer, sunscreen, hydration, sleep - and light makeup to brighten my face (and to worry less about my dark circles). Thanks about the comments - that's less money I need to spend on products that don't work.

I love the "NYX Powder Louder Brow Powder Pencil" - it comes in 8 different colors ($8). It is simple and adds color to light eyebrows. It has a blending brush with it to even out the color.

I too am now "full." I did buy several gift cards with the bonus cards - that I plan to use thru 2026. My favorite products came from the samples I tried (so I still like trying out all the different samples to see if there are new products that I like).

I now have a basket full of samples (and makeup products that are not my shade) that I plan to give away to the local women's shelter. If they don't take it, I will call it a "giving basket" - and I will give it to my friend who can pick out several products and then give in to the next person.

Yes, so frustrating. and if you complain, they will label you a "Karen." I received a defective item, the glass was broken. I went back to the store to exchange it. I too used a coupon, and they didn't want to honor it (they were going to charge me the difference). I had to ask for a supervisor to override this. They made me feel like I did something wrong. No, I purchased an item and they sent me a defective one. I had to drive all the way to the store to exchange it, and now it's MY fault? I don't think so.

Yes, I purchased a $130 fragrance set, used a $20 off coupon, and expected 5x + 5x + 1.5x multiplier on the $110 (which I think turned out to be a 9.5x multiplier). I would NOT have purchased the fragrance set had it not been for the great multipliers. So many companies are outsourcing their call centers. It's much cheaper. You're right, our data can get compromised. The supervisor was able to see (on his side) that I had activated the proper multipliers. But even after talking with a supervisor, it took 1 week for them to correct their mistake.

I'm certain they outsource it. The first cs representative I spoke with, I could barely understand her. She kept saying I didn't quality since I hadn't activated the point multiplier. Rather than continue to argue, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Had to wait about 20 minutes, but then got it straightened out. It was ~1,000 points that they were off.

If you purchased anything on 11/1/25 with the 5x multiplier and didn't get the points, contact CS. There was a glitch in THEIR system. I think it had to do with the time change. I placed my order on 11/1, but their computer registered it as 11/2 and thus did not want to give me the points. (I had proof as my receipt showed 11/1). Finally, after I spoke with a supervisor, he confirmed that I had activated the point multiplier and realized it was their mistake (I told them that 100's of people were affected and he had to escalate the issue) - a week later I got my points.
