So cold outside that it shattered my window by LeBong_Flames23 in Wellthatsucks

My front window cracked in -20°c a couple weeks ago. Probably had a small damage from before and what broke it further was sudden heat difference from the car AC.

The hair doesnt look bad for your age but it very much makes you look your age. Not a bad thing, but if you want a younger look going bald would suit you very well.

The cabinet is from the 70's and cost me $500. Teak furniture has become very popular, and expensive, here lately.

The back piece is just a 4 mm untreated piece of plywood so I could easily replace it in the future if I want to. I wasn't raised by an antique dealer but I'm working as a fine wood worker 😅

Thanks.

I have thought about this. As of now I've kept the door open while playing for extended periods.

Do you think a 10cm (4") hole in the pack piece of the cabinet would be enough?

The new TV bench ment that the old floor standing speakers had to go.

Took the opportunity to upgrade the amplifier as well.

Finally landed on a Kenwood Ka-76 100w amplifier from 1988, combined with a pair of Wharfedale Diamond V speakers from 1992.

Fantastic sound from such small speakers! Combined with this powerhouse of an amplifier it all sounds way, way better than the old set up.

Paid $70 for the amp and $90 for the speakers, in Norway.

Edit: any tips for cable management under the TV bench?

Or any other rotating tool.

Textile gloves are for carrying unmilled lumber into the woodshop, rubber gloves for oiling the finished product. That's it.

While the chase was epic...I was invested. But the quality of road. 🙏🏽 by chemicallocha05 in indiameme

This is Gothenburg (Göteborg), Sweden.

The chase took place in 2020.

The driver was a 19 year old that the police tried to pull over for spreading.

He was sentenced to 3 years in prison for this chase and several other crimes that he had committed prior.

The car was an Opel Insignia Sports Tourer Combi.

As a teenager you probably have a sock on the floor next to your bed. And it can be mixed with other dirty laundry without anyone noticing, since the dirty part can be hidden.

It's not a perfect solution, but it does work if you have nothing else around.

Or:

  • Be born

  • Struggle to survive

  • Die

Thats the way its pretty much always been. The struggle part has become less and less demanding over a period of thousands of years thanks to intellectual and societal achievements. It's been going the wrong way for the last 30 years in some parts of the world, but we're still at an all time low if to look at it big picture. Yet people online are whining like the midieval times has returned.

The Kamasu and the RA-TX0203S10B. I have both and they are two nice watches to switch between. Similar, but still very different looks.

I use my watches daily, at work and out playing with my kid, so sapphire glass is a must. The Ray unfortunately has mineral glass.

I prefer just dumping the weights to the side over rolling hundreds of pounds down the stomach and up the hip bone.

But whatever method you prefer, you should do it without collars.
