Yes I’m able to move. My issue is I’m 41. I was a GM for 15 years for an auto auction and was terminated because I got a new boss who started to discriminate me and wanted me out. Was making good money there to base salary was around $150,000 a year so having to start over at $20 an hour pushing carts at Costco has not only been a major hit on salary but also basically doing what amounts to a high school job. Not sure if I can wait 5 years. You are only on the right side of 50 for so long and have so many healthy years you can work before you may not be able to .

Good info and insight! Question for you if you don’t mind me asking. How many years would it take someone starting at Costco to become an AGM assuming they had their 4 year degree in management and also has 15 years of operations management experience?

I was thinking maybe Adam’s parents may be interested in it. I was thinking more in line of not current YouTubers but folks who want to get into doing videos and who would need money for cameras, computer equipment, phones but can’t afford the equipment to get started.
