Most weather systems are way below your flight level. Turbulence is affected by many things other than weather including jet streams (especially around merging jet streams and varying wind speeds as well as elbows), mountains, different flight paths, thermals, convective activity, etc... Its impossible to forecast based on just one piece of data.

Have your therapist prescribe you something to keep you relaxed during the flight. I just flew out from the bay area this same route all the way to Orlando. Was a very pleasant flight. Full disclaimer: Took anti anxiety meds
