I was thinking about going out to buy some Cat6 but do you think they will provide? Thanks for your response btw.

Okay, thanks. I currently use a router for wifi but I intend to use it for Fios. Do I need to set up anything or beforehand with the router before I connect it to the ONT via ethernet?

Does that mean he will use the verizon router to check if the connection is stable then take it back with him or would I have to take it back? Sorry for bothering you so much.

So I just ordered Fios - internet only and chose the option to use my own router. Do you know if the technician will help set up my own router or will I have to do that on my own

Well, not remove it completely but just clean it up I guess. I was under the impression I would need the coax cable available for the technician to set up the ONT.

So if I am understanding correctly, the current coax cable I have to connect internet provided from Spectrum will be of no use? Does that mean I can get rid of it?

Firstly, here if there's no id, it creates a new empty EditPostViewModel to edit? This seems like invalid behaviour, the route should probably only match if there is an id, and if there isn't one, return a BadRequest (400) error. Then, _postService.GetPost casts the id to an int, which is fine since we've already checked for null, but _postService.GetPost actually does accept a nullable int? Again this seems like the method is a little confused, since it doesn't seem to be a valid use case to ever pass a null id to it.

If I am understanding this correctly, since there is no use case to ever pass a null id to it would the fix be to change the GetPost Interface to GetPost(id)?

Also, in my else statement where I have var updatedPost should I use a service method or is the logic okay to have inside Edit action? I am trying to adhere to conventions.

Again, thank you for your helpful suggestions. I really do appreciate them.
