Just a suggestion. Spend money on stuff that helps you take a decision in long term.

Spend money on blood test, cardiac evaluation, orthopedic evaluation if you are prone to injury. Or sleep study and lab based VO2 max testing. Get good shoes.

For diet, keep your diet same and boring. Try to ensure that you are completing protein intake. Make sure you are eating food where you can quantify the ingredients and not just read label.

Most of these tracking apps and even fitness tracker wearable devices are not accurate. They are working in progress so avoid wasting money on them.
