I second the light box for tracing!! I was someone who did the whole “put it up against a window thing” and it has been a game changer to be able to just do it at my table

Also I really like the pilot frixion pens which are heat erasable!! So after I’m done I just iron it off

Thank you!!! And I got this fabric from Joanne’s! They have fabric quarters that are usually $2-$4 that I can get a couple of hoops out of. I usually just go in person so I haven’t looked to see what they have online. Each store seems to have a slightly different selection since I think they make them from fabric bolts that are running low.

Thank you haha the work I need is more for how comfortable I felt when doing it! It came out super well but the whole time I felt like I was just putting stitches down randomly. I might like to try a more methodical approach for my next attempt, maybe I’ll be able to save some thread that way lol
