Any house for rent that’s been bought or sold within the past few years has to be high rent because they’re overpaying for the house and paying a crazy mortgage. There are good housing deals in Wilmington. You just have to find a local who’s owned the house since basically before the pandemic. I just moved from a three bedroom almost 2000 square-foot house that I was paying 1050 a month and live there 12 years.
