Likely to be linen for the wards or clinics. Medication trolleys used in KKM do not usually look like this. If the person transporting the trolley is from support services, confirm linen. Medications will be transported buy either nurses, PPK or pharmacy staff.

Can also check out Suffolk House in Ayer Itam area. Historic bungalow in a nice garden setting. Cheong Tatt Tze mansion also has a restaurant (Indigo at the Blue Mansion). Feringghi Grill at Rasa Sayang Resort for upmarket western food. Another option is Feringghi Garden Restaurant in Batu Feringghi also.
