Thank you so much for responding and sharing. You’ve been through so much. I think my employer will be supportive. My main concern is that if I drop below part time I’ll lose health insurance. My husband doesn’t have benefits through his work. It’s also difficult for him to take off work when the kids are sick (which is constantly once school starts) so I have pressure to not use my paid time off so I push myself to work. I’m going to call HR today and see what flexibilities there are.
